• This tour must be booked by a minimum of two people.
• GST is included in the tour price.
• Rates are subject to change based on changes in services/hotels.
• In the event that the package is amended due to an increase in the number of guests, the client is responsible for the difference in cost.
• Hotel reservations are subject to availability. If they are not available, the travelers will be housed in a comparable property.
• Marcopolo reserves the right to alter the itinerary in the event of a disruption (i.e. weather, political, or other) without altering the total number of days or compromising any service.
• Children over the age of eight years will be considered adults.
• There is no charge for children under the age of eight.
• The package does not include entrance tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, or camera fees.
• The package does not include any personal expenses or items of a personal nature.
• Any meals or transfers not specified in the itinerary are excluded from the deal.
• The package price does not include any type of beverage (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water).
• The swimming pool is used strictly in accordance with government regulations.
• State-Government-issued guidelines must be followed.
• Maintain social distancing.
• Hand sanitization and mask use are recommended on a frequent basis.
• Identification is required for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival. The PAN card will not be accepted as proof of address.
• All foreign nationals are required to share their passport and visa information prior to their stay. 7 Any breakage or damage to resort property will be charged at cost.

• Within 24 hours of a successful booking, the customer receives an email confirmation voucher.i
• If the customer's preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to the customer.
• Alternatively, the customer may cancel their booking prior to confirmation and receive a full refund.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days

• If cancellations are made 30 days prior to the trip's start date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days prior to the trip's start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days of the trip's start date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Certain trips or activities may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions. In such cases, the operator will make every effort to provide a feasible alternative. However, there will be no cash refund for the same.
• Cancellations are strictly enforced in accordance with the cancellation policies detailed on the website and are applicable regardless of the date of booking.
